i cannot do mission 9 i get in the world but there are no markers to complete objectives, its just like the free roam i cannot get past it please help me

I have a problem. After i accept this mission and get past that white screen with the exclamation mark (which seems to take longer than it should) I get back to gameplay but there are no points on my map to mark the objective spots, and when i get to them manually, the objective npcs are not there it seems to be some kind of bug. If anyone can help me, i would appreciate it, thanks.

fyi leap of faith spots are marked with pigeons, so this guy ran past like three or just just to the side of them and hurt himself.
